2. General Provisions and Scope of Application
2.1 These Terms apply to products and services sold by Guangzhou Changfan Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. through the independent website www.cfitsi.com and associated channels.
2.2 The Company mainly engages in network security industrial computers, industrial servers, mini PCs, embedded systems, industrial motherboards, AI edge boxes, network communication equipment and related accessories, and provides OEM and ODM customization services.
2.3 By placing an order, making payment on this website, or signing a quotation, proforma invoice or sales contract, the customer is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.
2.4 Priority of Documents: If the parties sign a separate written contract, the written contract shall prevail. In the absence of a written contract, the following order of priority shall apply: Sales Contract → Proforma Invoice (PI) → Quotation → these Product and Service Terms → general website descriptions. If website display information conflicts with the above documents, the above documents shall prevail.
2.5 These Terms apply to both business customers and individual consumers. If applicable law contains mandatory protection provisions for individual consumers, such provisions shall apply. Business customers shall be governed by the B2B provisions of these Terms.
2.6 These Terms are formulated in accordance with the Civil Code of the People’s Republic of China, the E-Commerce Law of the People’s Republic of China, the Law of the People’s Republic of China on the Protection of Consumer Rights and Interests, the Product Quality Law of the People’s Republic of China and other laws and regulations. If these Terms are inconsistent with mandatory legal provisions, the legal provisions shall prevail.
3. Product Information and Orders
3.1 Product images, parameters, configurations, inventory and prices displayed on the website are for reference only. The final specifications shall be subject to the specification sheet, quotation, PI or sales contract confirmed by both parties.
3.2 Formation of Order: An order is formed only after the customer submits the order and the Company sends an order confirmation notice or receives payment. The Company has the right to refuse or cancel an order due to pricing errors, insufficient inventory, risk control review, export control or other reasons, and shall refund any amount already paid.
3.3 OEM/ODM Customized Orders: The specification sheet, BOM list, appearance, LOGO, packaging, testing standards, delivery time and price must first be confirmed. The order is formed after written confirmation by both parties.
3.4 Order Cancellation:
(1) Standard Product Orders: The customer may cancel by written notice before shipment. If cancellation occurs within 30 days before shipment, a liquidated damage of no more than 30% of the order amount shall be charged (limited to actual losses; if the liquidated damage is deemed too high, it shall be adjusted according to law), together with direct costs already incurred.
(2) OEM/ODM Customized Orders: After payment of the advance payment, cancellation is generally not supported. If the customer insists on cancellation, the actual costs incurred for material procurement, tooling, engineering, etc. shall be borne by the customer, and the remaining balance of the advance payment shall be refunded after deducting such costs.
3.5 Partial Shipment: The Company has the right to decide on partial shipment based on inventory, production or logistics conditions. Each shipment shall be deemed an independent sale, and the customer shall inspect according to the actual quantity received.
4. Price, Payment and Invoices
4.1 Product prices shall be subject to the website, quotation or PI. Whether the price includes tax, freight or customs duties shall be based on the specific quotation. If not indicated, the price by default excludes freight, customs duties and import taxes.
4.2 Payment methods include corporate bank transfer, T/T wire transfer, credit card, PayPal, Alipay, WeChat Pay, etc., subject to the checkout page or PI.
4.3 Standard product orders generally require full payment before shipment. OEM/ODM customized orders generally require 50% advance payment, with the balance paid before shipment. The specific ratio shall be subject to the PI or contract.
4.4 For domestic orders, VAT ordinary invoices or special invoices may be issued. The customer must provide accurate invoicing information. For overseas orders, the invoice type shall be subject to local regulations and mutual agreement. Electronic invoices and paper invoices shall have the same legal effect.
4.5 Customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees, warehousing fees, etc. arising from overseas orders shall be borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties that the Company shall bear them.
4.6 Late Payment: If the customer fails to pay on time as agreed, the Company has the right to charge overdue interest at a monthly rate of 1.5% (or the highest rate permitted by law, whichever is higher), and has the right to suspend shipment, suspend after-sales service, or lien the goods and sell them otherwise.
4.7 Hardware Price Fluctuation and Order Price Adjustment:
(1) Quotation Validity: If the quotation or PI states a validity period, the stated period shall prevail. If not stated, the default quotation validity period is 7 calendar days. After expiration, the Company has the right to re-quote based on market conditions.
(2) Price Lock: After the order is confirmed and the customer has paid the advance payment or full payment, the price shall generally be locked and not adjusted due to market component price fluctuations. However, the following exceptions apply: if more than 30 days have passed since order confirmation and shipment has not occurred, and during such period the market price of major components (such as CPU, memory, hard disk, chip, network card, etc.) fluctuates by more than 10%, the Company has the right to negotiate a price adjustment with the customer.
(3) OEM/ODM Customized Orders: Due to longer material procurement cycles, if the prices of major components rise significantly, the Company shall notify the customer in writing within 3 working days after discovery and provide market price evidence. Both parties shall negotiate a new price or adjustment plan within 5 working days.
(4) Customer’s Option: If the customer does not agree to the price adjustment, it has the right to cancel the order. The Company shall refund the amount already paid by the customer (excluding interest). Costs already incurred for customized material procurement, tooling, engineering, etc. shall be borne by both parties through negotiation. If cancellation is due to the customer’s reasons, it shall be handled according to Article 3.4 of these Terms.
(5) Exchange Rate Fluctuation: For overseas orders, if severe exchange rate fluctuations cause significant cost changes, both parties may negotiate a price adjustment with reference to this clause.
(6) Notice and Negotiation: Any price adjustment requires written notice from the Company and written confirmation from the customer before taking effect. Before confirmation, the Company shall not unilaterally deduct payment or ship goods.
5. Delivery Period and Shipment
5.1 Domestic Shipment Period.
For domestic standard in-stock products, after order confirmation and receipt of payment, the Company shall arrange shipment within 3 working days (i.e., the domestic shipment period is 3 days, postponed for statutory holidays). Shipment means the Company delivers the goods to the carrier and does not mean the goods have arrived at the customer’s designated location.
5.2 Domestic Arrival Time: After shipment, it is usually 3–8 working days, subject to the actual timeliness of the logistics carrier. Transit time is not included in the shipment period.
5.3 Out-of-Stock Handling: If inventory is insufficient, customer service will promptly notify the customer. The customer may choose to wait for restocking, change the model, or apply for a refund.
5.4 OEM/ODM Customized Orders: The delivery time shall be subject to the contract, PI or scheduling confirmation signed by both parties, usually 10–20 working days or otherwise negotiated. Sampling, tooling and special material procurement time shall be counted separately.
5.5 Overseas Orders: The shipment period, transportation method, freight, insurance, customs clearance and trade terms shall be subject to mutual agreement.
5.6 Shipping Method: By default, carriers such as SF Express, Deppon, Kuayue, JD Logistics and international express are used. The customer may designate a carrier, and any additional costs arising therefrom shall be borne by the customer.
5.7 Trade Terms and Risk Transfer:
(1) Domestic Orders: By default, the Company designates the carrier, and the risk of goods passes when delivered to the carrier. If door-to-door delivery is agreed by both parties, the risk transfer point shall be upon customer signature.
(2) Overseas Orders: Trade terms (FOB/CIF/DDP/EXW, etc.) shall be subject to the contract or PI. If not agreed, overseas orders shall by default adopt FCA (Free Carrier, designated place: Guangzhou).
(3) If the customer designates a carrier or freight forwarder, the risk passes when the goods are delivered to such carrier or freight forwarder.
6. Packaging, Inspection and Signing
6.1 Products are packaged in industrial standard packaging to ensure transportation safety. Custom packaging, neutral packaging or branded packaging must be separately confirmed in the order.
6.2 The customer shall inspect the outer packaging on the spot when signing. If damage, deformation, water damage, shortage, etc. are found, please take photos/videos and refuse acceptance, or contact customer service immediately.
6.3 The customer shall inspect the product model, quantity and appearance within 3 working days after signing. If quality problems, wrong shipment or shortage are found, the customer shall notify the Company in writing and provide the order number, photos, videos, logs and other evidence. Latent defects are not subject to the foregoing inspection period, and the customer may raise objections within a reasonable period after discovery.
6.4 If no objection is raised within the time limit, the goods shall be deemed accepted, but this does not affect the customer’s right to claim warranty rights under these Terms.
7. Warranty and After-Sales Service
7.1 Standard Warranty Period: Calculated from the date of shipment (for individual consumer orders, from the date of signing).
• Industrial computer/server complete machines: 24 months; or as agreed in the contract.

7.2 The customer may separately purchase extended warranty service, up to a maximum of 5 years, subject to the extended warranty quotation.
7.3 Warranty Scope: Under normal use conditions, if a failure is caused by the product’s own hardware quality problems, the Company shall be responsible for repair or replacement. The specific handling method shall be decided by the Company based on the fault situation.
7.4 The following circumstances are not covered by free warranty:
(1) Human damage, water ingress, drop damage, lightning strike, abnormal voltage, electrostatic damage;
(2) Unauthorized disassembly, modification, or non-authorized repair;
(3) Software, system, data, consumables, third-party accessories;
(4) Use beyond the environment or load specified in the product specification;
(5) Damage caused by force majeure.
7.5 RMA After-Sales Process: Customer contacts customer service → provides order information and fault evidence → the Company determines remote support or return-to-factory repair → RMA application form (see downloadable attachment on the page) → customer returns the goods according to RMA instructions → repair/replacement and return. Returns without an RMA number may be refused by the Company. After receiving the returned product, the Company will complete inspection and repair within 7–15 working days and send it back (if special circumstances such as spare parts shortage require extension, the customer will be notified promptly).
7.6 For non-human-caused failures within the warranty period, domestic return repair freight shall be borne as follows: the customer bears the outgoing freight, and the Company bears the return freight to the customer after repair; unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties. For out-of-warranty or human-caused failures, the costs shall be borne by the customer.
7.7 Technical Support: The Company provides telephone, email and remote technical support. Service hours are 08:30–18:00 Beijing time on working days. Inquiries and fault reports during working hours will be responded to within 2 hours.

8. Return and Exchange Policy
8.1 Industrial customized products, OEM/ODM products, opened products, rack-mounted products, installed products, products with data written, or products affecting secondary sales are generally not eligible for return or exchange for non-quality reasons. For products unsuitable for return due to their nature (such as products customized according to customer requirements), the Company will provide prominent notice during the purchase process and obtain customer confirmation.
8.2 Standard Product Returns (Non-Quality Reasons): For unopened, unused standard products that do not affect secondary sales, business customers may apply for return within 14 days after signing, subject to the Company’s written consent and RMA authorization, and shall bear round-trip freight and a restocking fee not exceeding 35% of the order amount (limited to the Company’s actual losses). Individual consumers purchasing products online have a statutory seven-day no-reason return right. If the returned goods remain intact, the Company shall refund the price within 7 working days from the date of receiving the returned goods, and return freight shall be borne by the consumer. Opened, rack-mounted or installed products are not accepted for return for non-quality reasons.
8.3 Quality Returns: If within the warranty scope, they shall be handled according to Article 7 of these Terms. Returns must obtain an RMA number in advance. Returns without an RMA number may be refused by the Company.
8.4 Refunds: After the returned goods pass inspection, the Company shall refund through the original payment channel within 7–15 working days. Cross-border payment fees and exchange losses shall be borne by the customer. The actual arrival time shall be subject to the processing time of the payment institution or bank.
8.5 If applicable law contains mandatory return and exchange provisions for individual consumers, such provisions shall apply.

9.2 Minimum Order Quantity: The MOQ for OEM/ODM orders shall be subject to the quotation or contract.
9.3 Specification Confirmation: Both parties shall confirm in writing the specification sheet, BOM, appearance, LOGO, packaging, labels, testing standards and acceptance standards. Any changes after confirmation require written consent of both parties and may affect delivery time and price.
